Refund Policy

1. Deposit Refunds

• A $20 deposit is required for appointments booked through our website.

• Deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment or chooses to reschedule (at no additional cost).

• No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

2. Service Satisfaction

• If you are not satisfied with the result of our detailing service, you may request a touch-up or correction within 24 hours of service completion.

• This applies only to reasonable and visible concerns (e.g., a spot missed during cleaning) and not to issues previously disclosed to the client, such as deep stains or damage we informed could not be removed.

• Refunds will only be considered if the issue is significant and cannot be resolved with a correction.

3. Weather or Emergencies

• If Velaro Detailing LLC must cancel due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.

• If rescheduling is not desired, we will fully refund any deposits paid.

4. Additional Charges

• If extra work or add-ons are required due to the condition of your vehicle or your desired results, we will communicate the additional charges upfront.

• If the customer declines the additional charges, we will complete the work within the limits of the original package selected.

• Deposits will not be refunded in this situation, as the service booking has been fulfilled.

5. Refund Processing Time

• All approved refunds (e.g., deposit refunds or adjustments) will be processed within 3–5 business days.

6. No-Show Policy

• If a customer fails to be present at the scheduled location/time and does not cancel or reschedule in advance, the deposit will be forfeited as a no-show fee.
