1. Services Provided

Velaro Detailing LLC offers mobile detailing services for luxury, exotic, commercial, and standard vehicles, including cars, trucks, boats, and planes. All services are performed at the customer’s chosen location, provided that the location is suitable and safe for our operations.

For certain services, such as paint corrections and ceramic coatings, we offer limited guarantees on quality and durability. These guarantees will be communicated during booking or service discussions.

2. Bookings & Deposits

• A $20 deposit is required for appointments booked through our website.

• Bookings made via phone, text, or email do not require a deposit but are still subject to these terms.

• Cancellations:

  • Website bookings canceled at least 2 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service.

• Deposits are applied to the total cost of the detailing service.

3. Payments

• We accept online payments (Stripe or other methods integrated into our website) and in-person payments (cash, card, Zelle, or other approved payment methods).

• Deposits made through the website can only be processed via online payment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure there is sufficient space and access for our equipment and vehicle during service.

• Customers must have the necessary permissions (e.g., HOA, property rules) for us to perform detailing services at their chosen location.

• We ask customers to accurately disclose the condition of their vehicle and select the appropriate service or add-ons.

• Additional fees may apply if the vehicle’s condition requires extra time, products, or labor to meet the client’s expectations.

5. Liability & Vehicle Condition

• We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle prior to our services.

• A pre-service inspection is conducted to document the condition of the vehicle to avoid disputes.

• We are not liable for damage caused by others, environmental conditions, or any incident before we begin our work.

6. Promotions & Discounts

• Promotional codes or discount offers are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise agreed.

• Influencer or affiliate partnerships have specific conditions, which are agreed upon privately.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

By booking with us or using our website, you agree that we may collect and store your information (e.g., name, contact details, and vehicle information) for:

• Booking and service communication.

• Marketing and promotions (such as special offers or updates).

• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except for payment processing or as required by law. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Services or Pricing

We reserve the right to update or modify our service offerings, pricing, or terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website.
